Had an inspection done a few months ago on a home by Matt. Inspection report seemed thorough and was explained well by Matt during the walkthrough.

We are new to the whole home buying game, and our inspector, Kyle Jensen, gave us a complete play by play of what was potentially a problem, a definite problem, and what to do should the builder not opt to fix the smaller things. We left the inspect feeling 100% confident in our home purchase and he made it so incredibly easy to ask a billion questions!!! Really hope he's still in the inspection business when it's time for the kids to start home buying.

We’re the largest inspection company in the area because clients and agents trust the quality of our work. Growth isn’t our goal — delivering the best inspections is, and the rest follows.
Our same-day inspection reports are a big reason we’re the largest inspection company in the area. Fast turnaround matters, but accuracy and clarity are why clients keep choosing us.
All of our inspections are performed by licensed, trained, full-time professionals. Their expertise and dedication ensure every inspection is thorough and reliable. This isn't a side gig.
At HomeStart Inspections, we exceed the state’s minimum standards for every home inspection. You don’t want someone who only checks the basics—our team inspects every property with the same care and attention we’d want for our own homes, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
