Positions Available

Home Inspector

A home inspector examines homes to find safety issues, defects, and maintenance concerns, then explains them clearly to clients in a written report. Strong inspectors are detail-oriented, curious, good communicators, and comfortable working on roofs, in attics, and around building systems.

Client Care Coordinator

A client care coordinator supports clients from first call to final report by scheduling inspections, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and a friendly, calm approach with clients and agents.

Relationship Manager

A relationship manager builds and maintains relationships with real estate agents through in-person meetings, follow-ups, and local outreach to grow the business. This role requires strong people skills, consistency, self-motivation, and comfort with an outside sales, relationship-driven environment.
